I have EPIC onion breath right now. I decided to make guacamole and put it with some canned chicken inside a pita loaf, and oh man...SO GOOD.

I need to write down my recipe. I think I might've outshone my mom in the guacamole department.

Scratch off "erythritol" in the list of alternative sweeteners safe for my consumption.

So I finally willed myself to give sushi a fair chance today, thanks to the generosity of cat_pawThat said, BLECH. Forgot to say...my crustless pumpkin pie idea worked perfectly. I now have a nice pan of orange mushy goodness. Only thing is that next time I need to remember to buy pumpkin pie spice or something like that. All I had was cinnamon and brown sugar, so I improvised.
