(no subject)
Well, it has been an exciting few days! By which I mean actually they were totally boring until yesterday, when I spent my afternoon frantically doing dissertation work and then came home to make myself a delicious, time-consuming dinner of spaghetti with Edam cheese and fake chicken and mushrooms and scallions fried together in olive oil with garlic and sweet sake, combining all on a single full plate - at which point I dropped the entire thing on the kitchen floor.
I think you will all understand that I then had no choice but to eat ice cream for dinner.
So yeah then today I had a meeting with my advisor who set me impossible goals for next Friday, watched Deathly Hallows 2, came home with a head full of Uchiha thoughts, and promptly had to spend half an hour in the Junior Common Room (a very dull place) thanks to a fire alarm. Oh well, such is life. At least I got ponzu sauce, so I can make the best dipping sauce for fried tofus one night soon.
