It's awesome that Aegon is alive after all, but I'm a little disappointed that it wasn't someone who had already been introduced (seriously, GRRM, you haven't killed off so many characters that you need to introduce twenty new ones a book) and also, boo on Rhaegar or whoever arranged the babyswap for not also trying to save Rhaenys. WHY WOULD YOU NOT TRY TO SAVE THAT ADORABLE LITTLE GIRL YOU ASSHOLES. Well, Gregor Clegane is still at fault, though, for being Gregor Clegane. And nothing that is ever revealed makes me less happy that Tywin Lannister died of a crossbow bolt to the guts while on the privy. :D

To be honest I think the only thing that was truly good in this book was Dany taking flight on Drogon. AWWWWWWWWWW HELL YEAH DANY now go grab Aegon and Jon Snow and conquer some shit! I hate that her attempt to rule Meereen went so badly.
HOLY FUCK JON SNOW DDDDDDDDDD: PLEASE BE OKAY KID. I really thought he was doing a pretty good job of being Lord Commander but AUGH WHY DID EVERYONE DO THAT. At least Edd Tollett wasn't part of that, I think. Dolorous Edd is possibly my favorite person besides Sandor. D:
... no wait I forgot BARRISTAN FUCKING SELMY who is hardcore and amazing and I want the full story of how he carried fainting damsel Aerys out of Duskendale and there were touching loyalty and h/c moments that would, of course, eventually go to shit because Aerys was horrible. At least you saved Jeyne Poole, you did that one good thing, as long as you don't all die of starvation and cold in Stannis's stranded camp. ... yeah I'm not sure what's going to happen there, although I'm going to assume that Ramsay is either bluffing about defeating Stannis in that note (because if he'd won he would have recaptured Theon and Jeyne) or Stannis sent Theon and Jeyne (and Asha, I hope :c Asha I like you) away before fighting and losing to Ramsay. ... please be eaten by a dragon Ramsay you're fucking horrible.
I was kind of wavering on my feelings about Victarion, but now I'm pretty okay with him being eaten by a dragon also. In fact, all the ironborn besides Theon and Asha (and their mom?) can be eaten by dragons, really. Well, maybe Aeron Damphair is okay, but I don't know, I just want to know what his deal with the squeaking door is before he bites it.
To be honest I'm amazed that Jeyne Poole is alive, I sort of assumed Cersei had her killed or given to a brothel or something. I'M GLAD SHE WAS ALIVE but oh Jeyne you poor kid. ;o; And poor Kevan Lannister, killed for being good at his job.
I like Penny. Tyrion, be nice to her and take care of her, okay. D: I'm still mad at Tyrion for killing Shae, but I like that he's at least honest enough with himself to admit that his suffering is crap compared to Shae's and Tysha's. I wish he could find Tysha again and try to make it up to her. Tyrion's set of chapters were a total rollercoaster, but pretty interesting overall!
