So I will just post quickly, because I should be studying! (two phylum--or is it phyla?--to go yet--and I should read development and reproduction one last time, as well as memorizing the damn Latin declinations for the nomenclature)
I've _two_ recommendations for one.
One it's finished, and it wont surprise anyone who knows who my favourite authors are. I'm vaguely ashamed that I should be so... unfailingly flattering, or something, but, you know, the truth is the truth. A P&P sequel,
Selections from "The Letters of Elizabeth Darcy". Witty and subtle, and a short read... what more could you ask?
The second is one that I'm ashamed to say has been recommended it to me a long time ago and, worse, _lots_ of times. I have finally read it. Amy, I think, and Mary, were the last ones in chat, when I complained for the lack of good Mansfield Park fic.
This is Fanny/Mr. Crawford. Katharine T makes it work... I've two small complaints, one regarding the use of 'ejaculate' as a form of speaking *shudders* (only once, though!), and that it's sometimes a little too dramatic for my self-consciousness. But, you know it's not like it doesn't fit with the story! It fits very well. And I can't speak, NEG has plenty of _drama_ as well. Ladies, I present you
Everingham... You can go and begin reading now, it's at a wonderful place to pick it up... it will leave you waiting for more, for sure! I deserved it, I shouldn't have begun reading it today!
