The only thing on this farm that turned over this morning without coffee, either or jumper cables was the dog.
17 deegrees = the pond is starting to freeze over and ant beds are now stalagmite-like or like goal posts out in the pastures and cow patties are like hockey pucks now…I guess boredom and cold are the mothers of invention too. Snow coming in tomorrow and a must watch bowl game is being played, but I can only think about wanting a tractor with a cab and heater! I fed 22 bales today and burnt half a tank of fuel in the pickup.

You know if you spin counterclockwise you are taking away angular momentum from the earth and slowing it’s spin the tiniest bit. This is lengthing the night, pushing back the dawn and giving me a little more time on earth here with you.
