Had a fantastic weekend sating my curiosity and learned a number of interesting things, the coolest of which is probably the existence of a Mercury Fountain. (Which is EPIC!) Just got back from Texas, am way behind on two papers due Wednesday, and still need to write a post about the USMC Ball and the Wedding - plus gender stuff. Also, can't seem to stay focused despite the swiftly approaching due date. Bad way to start the week.

Just spent the last 7h 10min talking with pico_the_great over Skype. Goodness knows we can't keep a conversation under 2h! It was wonderful though. We were able to catch-up and also discuss a lot of nmariside culture, including some things that had been overlooked earlier. Like bathrooms, and backpacks. Very important things.
