Three totally different people
Riding in a truck.
High school friends
                Never to see each other again.
All come from different backgrounds
Each have different destinies.
This one last favor
A truck ride home
A final goodbye
The end of high school
The beginning of adulthood.

Before I get started
I’m dead.
I’m helpless as my team
trudges on over my corpse
And all I can do is watch.
Frustrated.
Waiting for a second chance.
At the store I find better
Items to equip myself with.
Then, I am released back
into the chaos.
My friends call for back up.
                I’m afraid.
I don’t want to die again…
