Home Warrenty Companies?
I'm in escrow on a condo that I'm purchasing as-is. I've already had my inspection done and there is very little I have to repair (Thank God!!!!). But just in case I'm going to buy a home warranty to insure if my A.C. goes out, or one of the major appliances, I have a back up plan so it won't get too expensive.
Of those of you who have home warranties, who did you go through?
Who do you recommend or recommend me stay away from because of your or your familiar's experiences?
Any words of wisdom for me?
So far my real estate agent has recommended Old Dominion and my insurance agent has recommended Fidelity National. If it matters, I live in the state of Arizona in the Phx area.
