I seriously wonder how long I'll be doing this LJ thing again. Ebbs and flows. Right now, there's not much for me to do online - all my shows are in summer hiatus so no new TWoP recaps. Basically I've been occupying my time on the Office thread on the forums - HANGMAN.
Wow, my life is BORRRRRRRRRING. I joined facebook this weekend. I finally bit the bullet. I mostly signed up to see some pictures online - but of course it gets addictive. I think the motivation, other than the pics, is that I am now hanging out with these 23 yr olds and it's painfully clear that facebook is the right thing to do. You know, to keep up with the youngsters. But mostly it's to see the pictures of me that are online. And of course, now it's another tool in order to stalk people. I'm very excited about that.
Damn, I am so tired right now. I hope the new intern understands that that is the reason I am being so cold to her when she tries to chat in my office. I really don't want to chat with anyone in my office right now. A quick hello, how was your weekend - cool. But don't sit down. I didn't pull the chair out for you. I'm an asshole, I already know it.
Speaking of assholes, I think IO has trapped KZ into conversation. (I hope it's clear who the asshole is in that sentence). Oh that reminds me of Team America - which I just wanted on tv this weekend. Some of us are dicks, some are pussies and some are assholes. We should aspire to be dicks.
Speaking of assholes and dicks - I am on the phone with the State's Attorneys office. Possibly the MOST useless group of assholes in existence. Seriously. My client, who HAS a plenary order, which clearly states "NO CONTACT BY ANY MEANS" is having problems enforcing the order after HE CALLED HER and threatened to kill her boss (whom he thinks she's having an affair with). Anyway....so she's unclear on what the State's Attorney wants from her, so I called them and they explained it to me. Which is fine. But why are they such useless fucktards? They hate us so much too. That's why I called instead of going over there. I don't want to look at their asshole faces when they look at me coming through the door, thinking "Oh shit, it's that bitch." Yes it is, assholes. It is that bitch.
Okay, I am gonna get back to work. I am at least somewhat awake now. Rage will do that to a person.
