As part of my birthday present I have a paid account now so I can put up some more pics. I'm leaving soon to pick up my daughter and we will have a small celebration with her too.

I'm hoping to start practicing again, we had started with a dvd that shows the warm ups and the forms, it's the short form of the yang style, if I'm not mistaken this is a style similar to the one the chinese govt endorses.
