I'm hoping to start practicing again, we had started with a dvd that shows the warm ups and the forms, it's the short form of the yang style, if I'm not mistaken this is a style similar to the one the chinese govt endorses. Along with the walking I thought tai chi chuan would be good for stretching and flexibility but I have since realized it's much more about balance and strength, i really don't buy into the philosophy behind it though. I do have a strong sense of respect for the tao and it's version of reality.
