Yesterday I got a text from a client. A young woman I did a glamor shoot for last week. She said that she's never really felt beautiful until she saw the pictures I took for her. I got a little misty at that one. It was a welcome reminder why I love doing what I do.

There is a white board behind me. It has two major columns on it.

One is "Jobs"

The other is "Money due from.."

The first one is getting shorter.

The second is getting longer. Disturbingly long.

Seven. Seven organizations/individuals owe me money right now. This is a problem.

I got bills to pay, damnit.
