If there was one thing Avis loved more than sleeping, it was food. She loved meals, perhaps a bit too much. She sometimes worried she was getting a bit pudgy, or at least felt like a whale, especially as she walked out of the Great Hall. Trifle is just too good, she thought to herself, and partly regretted eating a whole plate-ful. Your competitive eating skills won't win you anything here, Abernathy.
Avis did fear she was getting fatter, but of course was too lazy to exercise. Earlier in the month she had tried to get her stomach skinnier; figuring she was a metamorphmagus anyway, perhaps she could change the size of her stomach.
However, it only made her hair go platinum blonde.
That side effect of eating too much was beginning to get to her, and she felt. . .happy. Or hyper, in a drowsy sort of way.
"I suppose I'll just walk it off," she said to herself and tried to keep her belly in. But trifle was too good to not eat!
