Pain, disappointment and sadness
We have lost the Superbowl, and we were so close... Just a few inches away from a perfect 19-0 season, but we lost.
Hard to find solace now, and the pain grows when I think of the jeering responses that are to ensue. This is so cruel.
Maybe the pain will ease after a few hours sleep. God, I hope so.
Still - a great season to the Pats. All records broken. Now it is time to get ready for next year and kick some serious butt -- don't get mad, get even.
