I'm going to learn to draw. I've decided that if I had the talent to draw(and to play various instruments), I'd be unstoppable. I thrive on irrationality, impossible goals. And you'd agree if you ever saw something I've attempted to draw. I think I drew one picture in art class in the seventh grade that I was happy with...and I gave it to my first ( Read more... )

You have to tell me how to turn on text messaging on my phone, if my phone has it... it probably will be completely different since yours is a different model. But anyways you didnt tell me you were going to take an art class. Im going to have to teach you technics and undo all the bad methods that your teacher is probably going to teach you. (insert ego here)

I have mine set up through LJ so that only registered users can txt me. Of course, you need a paid account to even access that option, so fair warning there. Otherwise, you can go to sprintpcs.com and log in and tinker around til you find the link. They have little forms for you to fill out who/where/what you want to send and even pre-formed sentences in case you're too lazy.

I'm taking a 2-d Design class and I'm not sure what exactly to expect. But don't expect anything less than me knocking on your doorstep at midnight expecting you to help me finish a project due the next day.

Of course before(or perhaps after, decisions) we make it big, we shall have to leave texas behind in the dust and live the rockstar life in some fabulous place. London comes to mind for me, but may be a bit boring for you. Let's find a happy medium, commit, and become sex-addicted bigwigs constantly trying to overcome some addiction. Stereotypically.

no no london is fine by me. i have never actually been, you know. it's crazy i've been to scotland and wales and france, germany, italy, lanzarote, malaysia, canada and bloody new zealand but never to london. so we can base there and have wild tours all over the place. it'll be splendid. yes i see myself as a cocaine addict. snorting off the back of platinum albums etc. it will be beautiful we've got it all figured out. next stop: learn to play instruments!

i'll be addicted to some drug that i can't even pronounce. it's more intriguing that way. especially since i can't think of a drug i can't pronounce.

i'm ridiculously amused.

Yeah, that's if I can get ahold of a guitar. If I could..there's no way it'd leave my sight. (this obsession would last maybe a day to a week before I forgot entirely that I owned one in the first place).

I know, I know. I'm an idiotic fool. It's called...the follies of youth? I'm not so sure I'd go that far over one picture...then again, I was really proud of it.

Trust me, friend, you don't want to volunteeriy mae yourself miserable and suffort the uneding torment and melancholy of an artist, its just too much to be put upon a person. But if, you wish it, I shall not stop you. <3

{chuckles}

If you need any help or just someone to discuss various drawing styles and mark-making with, I'm your girl.

You're probably right. I'm just clinging to the ideal satisfaction and confidence that I credit to almost any admirable art. Since drawing is something I've never really experimented with, my illusions are that much stronger.

My inanity makes me laugh at myself, though. I think that's all that counts.

You know I would text message youo if I knew your number and I wasn't in roaming right now. But next week I will. (there's still the problem of not knowing your number, but I'll work on it).

And of course, if you have any desire to text internationally and use up all your minutes, I'd love it. My cell phone number is somewhere in my LJ somewhere, but you would have to do the international dialing code 011 then 33 then my number without the 0 in front of it. Wow, I'm complicated.

Actually if you look at my userinfo, I've got a link enabled directly to text message me. No dialing involved(woo for simplicity).

And yes, I'd screw up that dialing process. Your phone doesn't have a website that I can text you from, does it? I find I'm too obtuse to text any other way.

::looks above to Justin's comment thread::

Would it work? I don't have a paid account, remember?

If my free accountness is good enough, then I'll definitely text you sometime next week when I'm back in Nantes and not paying for the time I spend on the internet. I'll come up with something witty to say.

Oh, I meant in order for me to even have the option of people text msging me through LJ, I need a paid account. But anyone can message me, paid or not.

I meant your cell service website. I use Sprint, and if I log on to the website, I can send text messages through that. So I thought that maybe your service had the same option.
