so happy! my weight has come down more compared to my muscle mass. i have yet really find time to train up. from 3 July to 9 Sep, almost 10 weeks, i have bring down 9.3kg based on my measurement in the evening. this morning, i weigh 67.2kg. :)

yes. you must also adjust lifestyle abit then it will be better. do drink plenty of water. for you actually you need 4litres a day so that can dissolve the long resident - "fats". :)
