I didn't get my license until I was 18; CE didn't get his until he was 40. And neither of us can drive a stick shift. This is comforting news. But I can't drive on the highway.

Click to viewFrom what I can tell, this video is from late 2005, right after he'd left Doctor Who, when he was still associated with the role. You know, before Tennant and his legions of fangirls conquered the world. Anyway, he's so adorable in this clip---I love when he calls his dad his "old fella" and mentions his brothers and that he has apparently run a marathon (at least one). That would explain why he's so lean. But driving...is not his forte. But it's cute.
He's so pretty with a buzz cut and a beard!
ETA: There's also a great bit where he and Jeremy Clarkson argue about which of them is more Northern. *insert Doctor Who joke here*
