Korea had an election for local offices and congress on June 2nd.  Elections in Korea involve at lot of noise with trucks driving around with blaring music and dancing ajummas.  It can get rather annoying, not unlike US elections, and most of what the trucks are saying is simply the name of the canidate and their number on the ballot.

Last Friday we concluded 3 weeks of English Concentration camp.  3 weeks of 15 hour days.  3 weeks of existing nowhere except Gyeongsan Science High School and the motel that they put us up in.  During the entire time I have been planning a trip to the Philippines with Anil.  The Philippines is not friendly to Backpackers.

I am far more confident about what I am doing here than I was when I landed here. I expenext to nothering from this program.  My expectations have been surpassed by leaps and bounds and I have been imparted with both a sense of purpose and guidence that I had not even begun to expect from this experience.
