brew date? Um, ideally sometime in May. I know James is out, although I am hoping that he may have an hour or two available one of the weekends...

I'd like to try an Italian Maraschino Cherry Wheat based on Gunslinger Girls.

I was either thinking a Cherry Wheat with Tuaca, or going the almond route maybe with some Amaretto (and Italian Cherry Almond Wheat, I guess).

But if that's not feasible, I can always wait.
