Day 25

Vidor - Our home away from home!

Breakfast:
- Green tea (+2 truvia)
- WW english muffin (+CHB, chia seeds)
- 3 egg whites (+splash of milk, mozzarella, yellow bellpepper)

Morning Snack
- Greek yogurt (+museli, flaxseed, coconut milk, kefir, frozen blueberries, couple dark chocolate chips)

Lunch
- Hugh Jass Salad (baby spinach, baby carrots, croutons, raw sunflower seeds, walnuts, 1 boiled egg, honey mustard dressing)

Afternoon snack
- Protein Smoothie (+splash each of kefir, soymilk and coconut milk, scoop of ON vanilla whey, frozen strawberries, 1.5T CHB, granola)

Dinner
- Starbucks Protein Bistro Box (grapes, cheese, museli bread, apple slices, PB)
- Orange blossom green tea (+honey)

Evening Snack
- Apple
- Pumpkin seeds
- 1 piece beef jerky
- Green tea (+honey)

We're in Vidor visiting Kevin's family for a long weekend :) The drive was not too bad, I watched 'How to Train your Dragon' on my Zune and kept Pepper entertained.

This morning I weighed in at 190!!! WOO! Almost in the 180s, and getting closer to my lowest adult weight (183). I weighed in for the weight loss contest, then did 20min on the treadmill, and then chest and triceps. I spent the rest of the day cleaning and packing. I love coming home to a nice clean house after being away :)

The biggest thing for me today is that Kevin's mom has tons of junk food at her house. She keeps a big bowl of candy in the kitchen (where everyone tends to congregate) with kitkat, reese's, pop tarts, donuts ... you name it! I have never. NEVER. Walked into this house and not indulged in something. And tonight, I was absolutely not interested in anything on that counter! It felt SO GOOD to not feel such a battle with myself over food! I have all my clean food packed with me, and tomorrow Ill go to the grocery store for a couple things.

I'm supposed to do legs tomorrow, so Ill probably try to do that in the morning before we all go out and do whatever. They have a pool here, but you can never be sure if it's clean! If it is, Ill do maybe 40min swimming beforehand! See ya'll tomorrow <3
