Day 24

Almost forgot to post this!!

Breakfast:
- Green tea (+2 truvia)
- Pumpkin Protein Pancakes (+CHB, chia seeds, agave nectar)

Morning Snack
- Pita bread (+red pepper hummus)

Lunch
- 2 toasted Ezekiel bread (+kefir)
- Tuna (+mustard, carrots, onion, S&P, wheat germ)
- Green tea (+honey)

Afternoon snack
- Banana
- 1 hard-boiled egg white
- 2 WW crackcers (+CHB)

Dinner
- WW rotini pasta (+TB tomato paste, leftover chicken, mushrooms)
- Miso soup (store bought and not super clean, but no sugar)
- Edmame
- Hot cocoa (soymilk, unsweetned cocoa, 3 truvia, couple dark chocolate chips) <- Blech, this was awful. Ill stick to tea, thanks!

Another rough exercise day, and I've been so hungry!! I nibbled on a couple dark chocolate chips, which is a bad habit I used to do when I was stressed. I need to nip that in the bud! I need some sort of outlet that doesn't involve food or spending money. Something that makes me happy, but doesn't have to take a lot of time or materials. I've been reading more lately, but it's hard to get into books when you have a 1 year old! If I had any talent for sewing, I'd do that.

My legs are dead today. After the elliptical yesterday, and boot camp and Zumba today, I am DONE! I have a workout in the morning tomorrow, but I'm going to take it easy. I also weigh-in for the weight loss challenge tomorrow! If me and a partner lose the most amount of weight, we'd win $2,500!!! That's pretty exciting. It's only 6 weeks, so it's a good little mini-goal!! I get so short-sighted because I've been working out for so long and I just want to have lost the weight already!!

Yeesh, Im rambling. Im tired!!! Excited for a weekend with Kevin's family!! :)
