I had suusshhiiiiiii <3

Breakfast:
- 1/2c oats (+1/2 banana, 1T wheat germ, 1T chia seeds, CHB, a few dark chocolate chips, raw sunflower seeds, bee pollen)
- 2 egg whites (+yellow bellpepper, splash of soymilk, shredded cheddar cheese)

Morning Snack
- Handful raw almonds
- Assorted fruits (banana, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, blueberry)
- Iced Green Tea (+honey)

Lunch
- Whole wheat tortilla (+prepacked chicken (ugh!), spinach, 6-cheese shred mix - toasted in a pan)
- Salsa for dipping
- Baby carrots

Afternoon snack
- Pita bread + hummus
- Coconut Choco Tea (+honey)

Dinner (at Tokyo)
- Edamame
- Miso Soup
- Philadelphia Roll (8 pieces) (salmon, cream cheese, and avocado)
- Unagi Sushi (3 pieces) (eel)
- A small taste of chicken, steak, mushroom and fried rice from my husband's plate
- Green tea (+sweet&low)

Evening Snack
- 1 whole wheat rice cake (+CHB)
- Grapes

I can't believe I've having a clean-eating trip in VIDOR. Guys, this is immense. I've never been able to turn down the mass amounts of junk food here, but Im doing it!!!!

I did Zumba this morning in the yard since it was nice out. After a shower and putting on a dress that I wasn't able to wear a month ago that now FITS!, we went to the mall and did some shopping! I got a sparkly cellphone cover, 3 new pairs of exercise pants (Old Navy is having a sale!), leggings, and a cute little insulated backpack for Pepper. At JC Penny I found this incredible houndstooth jacket that was really comfortable and looked awesome on me! I really wish I had gotten it. I might just have to go back!!!

Dinner at Tokyo was stressful. We went to the wrong one first, then once we got there, everything was just so hectic and crazy! I'm glad I'm eating so much less at restaurants now, because it frees up my time for entertaining and feeding Pepper!

Right now we're watching Kevin's brother play Dead Island. Very interesting! But I'm BORED! It's hard being away from all the comforts of home. It sure makes me appreciate it more. I miss having a fridge just brimming with clean food. The chicken I used in my tortilla today was not clean, unfortunately. And I didn't have any greek yogurt! Sad :( Oh well.

Tomorrow I'm going to lead the family in some Zumba, and work on legs!! TTFN!
