My side/back/whatever it is is really quite painful this morning. It seems to be absolutely fine while I'm walking about - I managed the papers fine yesterday with no problems, but when I sit down or lie down it seizes up - yesterday after the papers I sat down in the car and immediately it hurt lots to turn to the side and fasten my seatbelt.
