No, I haven't changed my policy on staying indoors when it's raining. I very rarely go out at all in the rain if I don't have to, so it's always a novelty, and often not as bad as I thought it would be.    This was a great day in many respects. We went to the park with my friends and the almost 2 year old boy. His sister has a stomach flu, so she stayed at home with her dad.    I decided to wake up at 09 AM in order to get something done today, and I did.    That was a birthday party to remember:). There were nine kids there, between 1 and 8 years of age, and even more grown-ups. We had a good time, although there wasn't a lot of room, and I think the birthday girl had the time of her life.
