Castiel only ever seemed to see Moira when he needed something lately, and he did feel a little bad about it, but they had a bit of a strange relationship anyway and so he didn't think it was going to cause a problem when she found out why he was at Antiquitus.
As soon as Cas entered, the boy he'd assaulted months earlier (Stiles) took one look at him, stood up and went to the back to get Moira. Cas took this time to glance around the place, wondering if they had any old glass vials as well. Otherwise, he could probably find one at The Apothecary.
