oatmeal-made overnight in crock pot
post gym- greek yogurt with protein powder, banana
veggie soup

Gym:
ran 1.5 miles
1 min plank, 50 squats, 10 push ups, walking lunges, pikes X 2
+abs

AND I WILL HAVE ONE DRINK MAX TONIGHT!
