-granola bar (didn't have time for breakfast)
-salad from work (the usual beets, tuna/kidney beans, bit of brusel sprouts/pasta
-apple/handful of almonds
-sushi (sashimi pieces), seaweed salad
-peanut butter cookie

workout:
-1hr spin class
