Birch sap, sleep and fresh air: a personal plan to feel better

Mar 14, 2011 19:19

I have been so overworked these past  3 months...I have eaten less than usual and not always fresh and healthy food.
Last week I suddenly felt completely drained and in serious need of  natural minerals and vitamins.
So I'm thinking to have a 3 weeks cure of fresh BIRCH SAP. It's the right time now as it's harvested since mid-february.
But, no, I haven't got any birch trees in my garden...! I intend to purchase it from a small  producer.  In order to save the
delivery expenses I have to wait until the next week-end  where I'll attend  a big organic food fair . Meanwhile,  since I still
needed my nutriments,  I've got a pentiful supply of fresh organic pomegranate juice, prickly pear juice, organic exotic fruits
and lemons. I have started a short cure with marine magnesium and acerola. All of that helped me a great deal in a rather
short time, even though I know I'm not at my best yet.
Also I have to pay attention that I don't get enough sleep and fresh air. Going to sleep before midnight and going out for a walk
won't harm me, on the contrary.
Now is time for action as it only takes three or four months to feel really bad when one is already  in a  fragile health condition
and has some difficult issues to deal with.

Any of you has ever felt the same and experimented birch sap and pomegranate juice?
