hello, i'm new here and i wanted to ask for some advice. i'm a pretty healthy eater but i really don't exercise much because i often don't have time. i hate running and i dislike going to the gym. i like cycling, swimming, gymnastics and yoga, but i have difficulty to find the time to swim (since it involves going to the gym, showering, etc.) and cycling is only good when the weather is good, so when it's rainy (i live in oregon), i find it hard to find motivation.

what are some good ways to incorporate exercise into my daily life? i'd prefer stuff i can do at home, but i do have access to a gym. i'd love to do gymnastics, but i'm obviously quite a bit old for it. there is an adult tumbling class in my area-- anyone have any experience with something like that? i'm worried the high impact might be dangerous since i have a weak back, but i'm still a decent tumbler.
