breakfast: liberte yogurt (yum!), english muffin with butter and jelly, coffee with half and half
lunch: 6 pc california roll, small amt of soup
snack: cheese!  tiny bit of leftover steak, Trader Joe's dried coconut, small candied ginger piece
dinner: cauliflower walnut soup (fun fact: turns purple if you cook it in an iron pot), leftover pork and beef with veggies on egg noodles
snack: herbal tea, another liberte yogurt (yum!)
workout: stuck at home today, so I ran for 10 min, then jumped and danced until sweaty and completely exhausted, 30 min total.  Close enough?
