sleep: 4 hours
breakfast: liberte yogurt, cheese, english muffins with butter and jelly, coffee with half and half (and dab of whipped cream), a few cashews
lunch: 6 pc california roll, small bit of soup, hunk of cheese, more coffee
snack: chocolate cupcake (tsk!)
dinner: hearty tomato soup with tons of veggies, 3 pc homemade spanokopita (yumyumyum)
snack: yogurt, herbal tea
workout: missed it (kid home sick)
