sleep: 12:00 - 7:00
breakfast: omelette with 2 eggs, spinach, cheese, and basil, coffee with cream
lunch: last of the pumpkin soup, apple, two mini oranges
post-workout snack: salad with cranberries, feta, ginger dressing, and cashews.  3 stuffed grape leaves, corn bread and three indian candies
dinner: chili tortillas!  With avocados and cottage cheese.
