breakfast: greek yogurt (ugh, I still don't like the stuff), 2 girl scout cookies, black coffee
lunch: tiny bit of pad thai, mixed greens and peppers salad with ginger miso dressing, black coffee
snack: sausage, small bit of pumpkin soup, last of those darn Thin Mints
snack: apple, two mini oranges, dark chocolate bar, coffee
dinner: chili and corn bread (homemade)
snack: small bite of cheese
