Today the back patio cover down. After a bit of worry and concern, it appears that nothing was damaged getting it down and it will be able to be put back up again when the work on the house is done ( Read more... )

Plans have been approved by the city, fees have been paid (including a school district tax since we are adding more than 500sq ft) and thinsg are starting to move. Next week they will come out to take down the back patio cover so that they can start tearing the stucco off to do the shear wall work ( Read more... )
