Apparently the beach I usually go to is closed, because they're doing something or other to the causeway that leads to it. weak. I didn't feel like hunting down another worthwhile beach nearby (or driving the 2 hours to Anna Maria) so yesterday was spent at home instead.

So Ion showed Hogfather tonight, which I still hadn't seen until now, and I am DELIGHTED. it's so much better than I thought it would be! I mean, the quality of the filming and whatnot! The effects!
