Passive female characters some thoughts
So you don't like female characters who are rather passive, subordinate to the men, their entire goal is to get married, and any other sexist characteristics.
Here's the thing though, someone had to write that character. So why not direct all your anger to the author of the story for writing sexist characters? Heck, why not just stop supporting the author's work? If the writer of the story really does feel that women are inferior to men and exist to be their lover and or supporter, why would you want to give them your money? Calling the female character a bitch, whore, usless c*nt while praising how great the male characters are really isn't helping anything
And I do realize that it is often more about jealousy than the portrayl of the women in the story.
