June and most of the family are visiting her sister and brother-in-law for his 50th birthday party. The dog is here for 2 days and three nights of mixed messaged from the boy cat and out right hostility form the girl cats. It's been real fun helping Mignonne to the bathroom. And the dog is a bed hog at bedtime. But other than that it's been going

I am finding that my weekends off are too packed with social obligations, movies, chores, and games. And chores are the one thing I resent the most because it feels like more work but I am not getting paid. And getting even less help. And the humid weather does not help me feel all energetic either. Friday was Queen's Anime Pot Luck. I stayed away from the desserts though was seriously tempted by some squares. Friday night
The Hubby and I went to Sir John Publican House for late valentine's dinner. He had the Fish and Chips and I had the Turkey and Ale Pot Pie. (Guess which one of us is the real Roman Catholic?) I am too tired after a busy weekend last week and a move in and two move outs this weekend.

... and the flies have hatched and flown in. Much to amusement of Gris-gris and Souci, though Souci has the flies highjacked from her by Gris-gris. He's such a boy.

It's our 15th Wedding Anniversary today.

I have the long weekend off. Tomorow is major spring cleaning and some cookie baking.
