That is from the cover story of the March 8 New Statesman by one John Pilger. It is the best argument I have seen or expect to see to not vote for Senator Kerry at the election: that overall both major parties' candidates will actually be the same kind of imperialists on foreign policy. The main difference is that Kerry and his people ('Wilsonian liberals' is the term I guess) will be better at presentation on the world stage.
I think it is a legit accusation, but I'll prob still vote Democrat because domestic issues do count...plus Senator Kerry appears much more competent.
