Netflix Guilt

I suffered this when I checked out Under the Tuscan Sun.  It sat on my tv for 4 months, and then I sent it back, only to see it last May on some "all woman" channel.

Snakes on a plane!

.....to see The Proposition. Nick Cave wrote the screenplay, and he brings in Warren Ellis (of Dirty Three) to bless the movie with violin. Once you get past the endless dirt and flies, you will understand that it is the best Western movie you have seen in a long time; silent where it needs to be, and powerful the whole way through.

We went to the Zompire Film Fest last night and had a great time hating Night Of the Comet and loving Dead Alive. How they managed such a great print of Dead Alive amazed me.
