I'm Gonna Get You Eh, Steve If It's the Last Thing I Doooooo!

Let's count the near-death experiences the kids and I had yesterday:

1) On my way to Anna's house to exercise, I came upon 5 deer in the road. It was REALLY cool but definitely dangerous. I'm glad I wasn't going fast. Evan didn't see them before they ran off into the woods. It made me sad.

2) On the way back from Anna's house, I was coming down the hill right before my house, and some idiot lady was swerving onto my side of the road! I need to mention that this hill is also one huge curve, so she came out of nowhere. I swerved to the right side, and she straightened back up. It nearly gave me a heart attack, and she was dubbed a "stupid idiot driver." (Andrew doesn't like that I call everything "stupid" b/c now Evan does. whoops.)

3) While this next one wasn't directly related to me, it was still creepy given my previous experiences today. I had to take a detour b/c there was a huge wreck in Green Hill (about 10 minutes from my house.) Seeing wrecks around here makes me sick to my stomach b/c I'm always afraid it's someone I know... the detour gave me a chance to show Evan donkeys, goats, and chickens, though, so that was fun.

4) I found Lauren playing with a video game controller, and it was nearly wrapped around her neck.

5) The kids were taking a bath together, and I caught Evan pushing Lauren's face into the water. I yelled at him in the scariest voice that has ever come out of my mouth. It freaked me out. I tried to explain to him how dangerous that was, but I'm not sure he got it. I hope he doesn't do that again... *shudder*

6) Lauren slipped and fell on her head like 3 times last night.

So that's it. I felt like I was in that movie Final Destination, and Death just wasn't giving up...

Today it's just the internet that's out to get me. Doing the weekly e-mail and blog for Relief Society took freakishly long b/c the format wouldn't do what I wanted it to do. It made me appreciate the simplicity of livejournal html. And then when I would try to post the link of facebook, it kept disappearing.

Well, my kids are driving me nuts, so I better go. hasta la pasta.
