a lot happened in 2010 and looking back, i realize that it's been a long, convoluted roller coaster ride of events and i can't remember half of what happened (we had the winter olympics? it seems like that was aaages ago!). the first eight months of the year were particularly painful and felt something like this:

it's a new school year and with that come the frantic fall orders hurrying in with a flurry of teachers. i don't mind it. there are challenges lurking in the requests for this textbook in braille or that graphic novel in large print, but this year i'm much more confident in my position and today, when a teacher called asking about consumable ( Read more... )
