Baking Marathon

I will be baking 5 dozen cupcakes tomorrow. On my list are:

• Carrot Oatmeal Muffins
• Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes
  
• Banana Buttermilk Cupcakes
• Chocolate Cream Cheese Crater Cupcakes
  
• Lemon Blueberry Yogurt Muffins

I am also going to finally make some of the fabulous Mexican Lasagna I had at Thanksgiving.

This will be delicious!
