My Christmas present to myself was a new gigantic LED Samsung Smart TV. Got it set up just after New Year with help from my brother.
It is awesome. The picture is fabulous but the best part is that I can plug in my 2 terabyte hard disk of movies, videos and TV shows and it also has WIRELESS INTERNET built in. Now I can watch Netflix on the TV instead of only on the laptop.
I can also use it as a monitor to display content wirelessly from the laptop.
This is heavenly.
