I managed to pull off a successful QBR. At least from a training perspective only.
See, in most of the accounts, we have quarterly business reviews with the clients to discuss the performance of the team in different aspects, including Q.A. and Training. That would normally be a fairly simple task if you manage one account. But I manage the training team of 7 accounts which means that I dont know anything specific to the accounts that I deal with. I need to make things happen for training.
That becomes challenge when quarterly business review session comes in because i have to "act" like I know what I'm talking about.
I pulled it off and the clients thought I was well prepared. The beauty of image management.

the boi asked me to get a gift for the christening of one of our friend's kid. I got a book entitled "Where did I come from". Im not sure whether the mom can use it but it is a real amusing and fun book about well, how kids come about.

On the way home, I noticed that President's (the chinese resto that I frequently hear about) just opened a branch at Food Choices. I love hakaw. So I got two orders. dang!
