I went to see American Gangster yesterday...

I thought it was a very good film. Both Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe acted brilliantly. Infact I absolutely loved Denzel Washington. He gives a smooth, controlled and dynamic performance.

Okay... when I first started seeing the film I was a bit annoyed by it. I can't stand Ewan McGregor at the best of times and when he's flashing the pearly whites even more so. I just saw Pan's Labyrinth tonight and below is my review for the movie.

Well.. firstly let me just say that I now certainly understand the rave reviews this film got. It deserves them.

The film is in Spanish with English subtitles. But don't let that stop you. At no point during the film did I not understand something.
