Detroit/St. Louis
So I haven't slept since yesterday (6am to be exact) for reasons that I will not bore you with, I just wanted to jump in and talk about the Mets loss and St. Louis win.
You do not know how happy I am to see St. Louis go to the World Series. As I've mentioned I would've loved to see the A's and Zito actually get past the league championships but, alas, it was not to be. I'm just hoping that the Cards actually take advantage this time and maybe last more than four games.
Is it so wrong to be happy for the Mets loss? My foremost thought when watching all the fans and their devasted expressions was 'well, now you know how the Yankees feel'.
Can't wait 'till Saturday (and really next season)!
