To celebrate two family birthdays this week:
~ Marinated and grilled beef tenderloin with horseradish sauce
~ Tri-color (red, gold, purple) roasted potatoes, tiny sized, roasted with olive oil and rosemary
~ Boston lettuce salad with balsamic vinaigrette, cranberries, and gorgonzola
~ Ice cream
I used a 6 lb. tenderloin and doubled the beer and garlic.
