It's always a battle between what it is and what it should be. The disparity between these two cause people a lot of pain. But what it should be is also a matter of perception. Honestly, I'm getting really, really tired of this. I don't play the manager card often. Seldom, actually.

But I guess some people have to be reminded. Including me.

I'm probably over-analyzing, but I've said this before: you can blame someone for their actions, but never for their feelings. This anger and frustration are totally valid. Lock me up when I've shot someone.
