Ack! Moving! You have my sympathy on that. Sorry to hear that PAX east was a fail. PAX began out here and P-west has always been well recieved. (My son who is your age has his tickets for this year's already. I'll tell him that he didn't miss anything by not taking vacation to attend PAX east.)

At least you discovered that Boston might be a good place to live, so the trip wasn't an entire waste. Plus, when you go somewhere with friends, the trip is usually worth it because you are spending time with them.

It is difficult to have your good friends move away. But now you have lots of places to visit. At least these days most people have unlimited phone long distance, and we have email, etc., so keeping in close contact with those who move away is easier and less expensive than it was years ago.

That was a very enticing list of fics that you are presently working on. I was surprised and delighted to see that 'Rooms on Fire' was part of the list. I wasn't sure if it was completed with the last chapter. I always look forward to your one shots or shorts. I've really enjoyed offerings like Coffee, White Day, Santa, Cupid, Stranger Things, and Ever After. If you're taking requests (hint, hint), I'd love to see more 'Everlong' and that western where Saitou is having Tokio help him furnish his new house.
