He arrived from Thailand in the morning, did a photoshoot in the afternoon then a commercial shoot in the evening. It was 3 am in the morning when he arrived at the dorm. He had been away only for 3 days, but because of the jampacked schedule Nichkhun felt like it's been weeks since he was 'home'.

"Home" used to be exclusive to his family in Thailand. But with the course of time that he has spent with 2pm and the bond they have created, he was confident to call their newly bought dorm his home. Although it was seldom that some of them admitted to missing their dorm whenever every body's busy he can't help but feel a certain longing that had just settled now as he knock on the door.

He had a key but somehow he felt the need to knock. And although he didn't expect any welcoming party, knowing that the members were already used to him going back and forth to thailand, he just wanted to do it because he felt like it was the "homey" thing to do. Once nostalgia sets in it's pretty hard to stop.

Being met with deadly silence in the middle of the night, he began to search for his keys. Just as he was about to enter the key the door suddenly opened revealing a disheveled and sleepy looking wooyoung. And at the site of his dongseng he couldn't help but smile.

"Ahh..Nichkhun, you're  back."

"Did I wake you?"

Although it was evident that the other boy just woke up from slumber he said,

"No, I was watching something in the living room then I heard you knock."

Nichkhun already got inside with his things and settled in his room, Wooyoung followed suit, helping him carry some of his stuff.

"Did you bought many things again? Your bag seems heavy."

"Yes, I did. But I'll unpack it tomorrow morning. For now we should rest. Stop watching the t.v. and sleep already."

At this wooyoung smiled brightly at him and somehow Nichkhun felt that nostalgic feeling coming over him again. As if there was still something missing.

"Why are you suddenly smiling like that?"

"I'm just glad that your back, it's been a while since someone nagged at me."

He scratched the back of his head and yawned.

"I'll be sleeping now. Good night Nich--"

Before Wooyoung could even take a step out of Khun's room the older boy had already closed the door.

"Go." he said motioning for the bed

"What?" the younger boy asked suddenly startled.

"Go. Sleep there."

"Eh? but it's your bed and I --"

"Wooyoung-ah.." Khun's eyes were already tired, and he was bearly trying to keep awake in the whole scene but somehow he seemed to be on autopilot and although he didn't understand fully why he wanted the other boy to stay, he felt like he just need him to.

"Are you alright?"

Khun nodded then continued to urge the other to go to the bed.

Wooyoung sighed and finally gave in, seeing how both of them were exhausted and the fact that he just doesn't have the energy to protest. He went to the bed and Khun followed suit. The next things that happened they both attributed to tiredness thus they didn't even had the energy to question as to why Nichkhun's hand holding onto his waist felt so natural and resting his face on Khun's chest while listening to his heartbeat seemed like the best place and sound in the world. Jang Wooyoung was too weary to process all this so when Nichkhun said,

"I missed you."

Like a reflex he replied,

"I missed you too. Welcome home."

He didn't even mind when he felt Nichkhun's lips on his forehead.

In their minds they thought,

'It would just have to wait in the morning.'

Just for tonight they would sleep comfortably...
